Have you ever made up your mind to exercise, eat properly, drink water, etc., and low and behold after about a week or two, you start to slack off and eventually give up? Well, that's me, and I am the absolute worst when it comes to staying on track.  I'll start out exercising and drinking 8 glasses of water a day, faithfully, and most of the time I'll eat fairly well, BUT, something happens about that 3rd or 4th week that it all goes for not!  First of all, the crazy hours that I work sometimes will not allow me to stay on schedule, and secondly, FRIED CHICKEN is like KRYPTONITE for me!  One whiff and it's a WRAP!  What's a girl to do?  If you share my "pain", please share your story.
