MAY 25 | KIRK WHALUM TO HEADLINE AUSTIN JAZZ FESTIVAL
The Austin Jazz Festival is excited to announce international jazz master Kirk Whalum as the headline act for 2014!
Additional acts scheduled to appear include Jazz Funk Soul with Jeff Lorber and Everette Harp, saxophonist Jessy J, San Antonio flautist Althea Rene and Houston saxophonist Kyle Turner.
Local jazz talent scheduled to take the stage include vocalists Courtney Sanchez, Pam Hart, Matt Butler and Trent Durham: along with trumpeters Pete Rodriguez and Ephraim Owens, trombonist Andre Hayward, pianist Matt Butler, guitarist Jackie Venson, San Antonio's Latin jazz Bands Mambo Blue and Europa.
