Let's get it on! After YEARS of hearing about the election, the time to vote has finally arrived as the March 1st primary elections kick off and early voting is underway to determine which candidates will move on to the general election. Please remember that in order to vote you have to bring at least ONE of the following:

  • Texas Driver's License
  • Texas Election ID Certificate issued by DPS
  • Texas Personal ID issued by DPS
  • Texas license to carry a handgun
  • U.S. Military ID containing the person's photograph
  • U.S. citizenship certificate containing person's photograph
  • U.S. Passport

Here are a few of the locations you can cast your early ballots:

 

  • Bell County

    Belton: Bell County Courthouse Annex 550 E. Second Ave.

    Killeen: Bell County Annex, 301 Priest Dr., Lions Club Park Senior Center 1700 E. Stan Schleuter Loop

    Harker Heights: Parks & Recreation Center 307 Miller's Crossing

    Temple: Bell County Annex, 205 E. Central Ave. 

    Salado: Salado Civic Center, 601 N. Main St. 

    Polls open at 8am to 5 pm Tuesday through Friday during the first week of early voting and Saturdays from 7am to 7pm. Sundays polls will be open from Noon to 5pm. Hours will be extended from 7am to 7pm for the second and final weeks of early voting Feb. 22-26.

  • Coryell County

    Copperas Cove: Copperas Cove Annex 201 S. Second St.

    Gatesville: Gatesville Main Street Annex, 801 E. Leon St. 

    Polls open from 7am to 7pm today (Feb. 16) and Feb. 23rd. All other days early voting will have regular hours of 8am to 5pm.

  • Lampasas County

    Lampasas: 407 S. Pecan St. 8am to 5pm today through Friday and next week Feb. 22-26.
