Fort Hood has decided to delay the start to Mondays workday. It's all because of the weather. In addition to the delayed start, the III Corps and Fort Hood senior commander has cancelled all physical training.

Soldiers and Airmen will report to work at 11 a.m.

Department of the Army civilians will report to work at 10 a.m.

Contract personnel should contact their employers for report times.

Fort Hood Child Development Centers will open at 11 a.m.

The Mini Job Fair at Oveta Culp Center has been cancelled.

The annual turkey distribution at the Spirit of Fort Hood Chapel is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

All Carl R. Darnall Medical Clinic inpatient clinics, emergency room, operating room, and intensive care unit key and essential staff will report at normal duty time.

If unable to report at normal duty time for inpatient clinics, ER, OR, L&D and ICU contact your immediate supervisor.

Supervisor's will initiate alert recall roster, to ensure all non-essential staff are notified.

CRDAMC will begin outpatient care at 10 a.m.  All non-essential personnel of all types; Soldiers, civilians and contractors, will report at 10 a.m.

Outpatient visits before 10 a.m. are cancelled.  Patients will be contacted by their clinic after 10 a.m. to reschedule.

There is no change to the operating room schedule at this time.  Patients and personal should report at their designated time.

Patients who are unable to arrive for surgery should contact the hospital to reschedule. Individual patients will be contacted if there is any change in their planned surgery time.

All other CRDAMC staff will report at 10 a.m.

As command decisions are made, changes in the current reporting procedures may call for adjustments to this schedule,  to include the possibility of the installation being closed.
