Copperas Cove Schools Plagued by Bomb Threats

Maybe they think it's a joke, but it's no laughing matter.  Copperas Cove schools have received 11 bomb threats since early December, and to date no one has been caught or arrested.   Police are investigating, and so far, nine juveniles have been "detained".  How is it that this person(s) can be so elusive?  Is this a copycat crime, or youngsters crying out for attention.  If these acts are being carried out by "kids", a little patience will usually bring forth the truth.
