Katt Williams and show promoter Live Nation are facing a class action lawsuit for allegedly failing to  put on a first class show for fans who wanted to see the comedian at a performance in Oakland  November 16th. A lawsuit filed claims Williams strange and aggressive behavior was the reason for the show's failure.According to a report a fan Brian Herline filed the lawsuit against Katt and the promoter on behalf of everyone who went to see the November 16 show,fans claim they paid high ticket prices to see Williams but the show ended abruptly after the comedian exhibited very strange behavior on stage. According to court records after just  ten minutes on stage Katt confronted a heckler, and took his clothes off before attempting to fight at  least three members of the audience.
