U-haul trucks are migrating to the Lone Star State.

According to the U-Haul migration trend reports, it seems that Texas was the most popular destination in 2016.

This is a nice switch. Texas was rated at 39 in 2015. It seemed that one-way trips into Texas rose 4%, while the one-way trips out of Texas held steady.

The other states in the top 5 for growth were Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and for some odd reason, Missouri.

Growth states are calculated by the net gain of one-way rentals that enter versus those that leave said state during a calendar year.

Cities inside Texas that most of the these trucks arrived at include Granbury, McKinney, Richardson, New Braunfels, Dallas, College Station, and Central Texas' own Temple.
