KWTX reported that a Central Texas man was indicted Wednesday for the murder of his uncle back in October of 2018.

The man indicted for the murder was Coby James Sebesta, 25, of Waco. Reports from the autopsy performed on his uncle showed that the cause of death was from strangulation.

Sebesta is currently being held in Bell County Jail, and is being held on bonds totaling out more than $1 million.

The murder charge is from the death of Mark Sebesta, 59. Officers found Sebesta after they responded to a death at a home on the 1300 block of South 35th Street in Temple on October 28, 2018. Authorities responded to the scene of the death around 8:30 p.m. that evening.

Ellen Morton, Temple Police Department Spokeswoman, said, "An autopsy was ordered and it showed that the cause of death was strangulation and the manner of death was homicide."

Coby Sebesta was served with the murder warrant while he was already in the confines of Bell County Jail for another charge from Bosque County for unauthorized use of a vehicle. Sebesta has been in Bell County Jail since December 4th.
