Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King: 2019 MLK Day March & Program

The time has come for us to celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the many lessons his life and messages taught us all as Americans as we observe Dr. King's birthday next Monday.

The Killeen Branch of The NAACP will be hosting its annual MLK Day March at Lions Club Park located at 1700 E. Stan Schlueter Loop. Lineup for the march begins at 8:30 AM and the actual march begins at 9:00 AM.

Following the March, the MLK Program will take place at Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church located at 4201 Zephyr Road from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
