Bill O’Reilly Says Ferguson Police Are Targeting Blacks

Conservative host Bill O'Reilly has come out and said that based on Department of Justice reports on Ferguson, he could not find any other conclusion than the police there were specifically "targeting blacks."

St. Louis radio talk show host McGraw Milhaven disputed some of the statistics, like how 90 percent of people who got tickets for minor infractions were black, but Bill wasn't trying to hear it!
