In Arizona a 9-year-old girl firing an Uzi submachine gun at a shooting range accidentally killed the instructor.

Charles Vacca, 39, died Monday, after the girl pulled the trigger and the Uzi recoiled and drifted left toward where her instructor was standing over her.

This gun range allows children as young as 8 to participate. The Bullets and Burgers website offers weapons, which includes Colt M-16, MP5/40, FN FAL, Bren, M4, M249, M60, PKM, and M203 Grenade Launcher.”
