“Ain’t Nobody Got Time For That”
It was just a "regular" interview about a fire for Sweet Brown, but the video went viral, and everybody was talking about it. So much so that Apple, a radio show called the Bob Rivers Show and other parties, according to courtroom documents, have found themselves in a $15 million lawsuit brought by Ms. Brown for unauthorized use of her likeness. The basis of the suit stems from a song called "I Got Bronchitis", and claims that the defendents started selling the song on i-tunes for profit They also falsely claim that Sweet Brown gave her consent.
