As gross as it sounds, there is a new trend of adding up to two thirds of a stick of butter into your morning coffee to curb your appetite throughout the day.  It also kinda makes sense that it would work because most of us add cream and sugar into our coffee anyways and its basically the same thing.  However experts do not suggest that it will help lose weight when you add 100 to 200 extra calories into your diet daily.
