Fall is officially here and since the temperatures are starting to cool down, I figured it was time to get back out there and see some more of what the great NATION of Texas has to offer! So far this year, I've been zip lining over Lake Travis, went to The Alamo, SXSW, rode the coasters at Six Flags Over Texas and swam with stingrays at Sea World. Now with fall approaching, I would like YOUR HELP in figuring out what I can do next! Here's a few suggestions I have in mind, but feel free to share your suggestions on our Facebook page!

    Attend A College Football Game

I've been to college and went to games before but I've never been to a Division 1 "big time" college football game before. With Baylor, UT, and A&M all within distance of here, I would love to check one of the "big time" games out. But I'll definitely be in Dallas for The State Fair Classic between MY GRAMBLING STATE UNIVERSITY TIGERS vs. Prairie View. Speaking of State Fairs...

    Fairs & Carnivals

The Central Texas State Fair is this weekend in Belton and I'll definitely be there to check out the Cowboys of Color Rodeo! Also, The Texas State Fair in Dallas happens in October, but what other fairs and carnivals am I missing out on? Let me know!

    Formula 1 Races In October

The United States Formula 1 Grand Prix takes place in Austin in October and I heard that its an amazing party scene there. The Weeknd is scheduled to perform there this year but I'm more interested in checking out the races even though I know NOTHING about the sport.

    Take A Train Ride

I've never been on a train before and I know that may sound like an overrated experience, I'm still curious to see parts of Texas you can't see by car. I think I'll take a look at what The Austin Steam Train Association has to offer!

    Deep Eddy Distillery Tour

I'm not much of a drinker, but I am very much interested in taking a look at how its made and you can do just that with The Deep Eddy Distillery Tour where you can taste their many different flavors of vodka. And they'll even give you a ride from Austin to their distillery in Dripping Springs. Let's go on a field trip!

Our Distillery & Tasting Room are open. Come on out and see us. 2250 E Hwy 290. Fri/Sat 11-5, Sun 12-5.
