3 Dead in Delaware

Three people are dead after a gunman opened fire at a courthouse in Wilmington,Delaware this morning.Two Capitol police officers were also wounded after the gunfight broke out in the lobby of the New Castle County Courthouse around 8 a.m. Monday morning.

Early reports say a man entered the building, pulled out a gun and started shooting. Various news reports identify the gunman's estranged wife as one of the victims.

Wilmington Mayor Dennis Williams told reporters that police killed the gunman.
