You just got a text from the significant other in your life, and the message says." I just got in, and I'm going to bed."  You got the message so you will let them get some sleep and maybe chat with them after they wake up.  However, the next text message comes in two hours later and the message is, "How come you didn't text me back!"  Then it becomes a full scale discussion which then turns into a full scale argument.

Is it really such a big deal if you didn't text somebody right back, and has texting etiquette taken over our relationships as a real thing.  How fast you respond or how slow you respond is now the measuring stick for how much you care about someone.  Relationships are now made and lost strictly by how well you text.  What is happening to the world when we can lose a good friend or a good love because of punctuation.  Really?
